I just found a book of wonders in National Bookstore in SM and also Fully Booked in Ayala.

AS a fellow brother of the creed, you can't let this pass. More like, you mustn't.

The Book's Summary:

CHAT, TEAS & TIME

If you like to chat, love teas and treasures time, I recommend going to this Taiwanese shop. It is located in eBloc Tower Cebu, IT Park ( the only building with Yellow Cab in it).  Their interior is quite cute and simple.  Attracts the customers with their healthy refreshments and the sort. It was that irresistible. I was one of its victims. ♥

I know Filipinos are really not into tea but I guarantee that after taking a drink or two from this shop, their views on tea would change. ( haha been there).  Tea drinks with bubbles, jellies, and pearls are the best combination a tea lover can have. Experience it only here in Chatime.

Simple but classy.♥

When you order, you are given a small black round claiming device. It lights up and vibrates ( well, imagine that   )when your order is ready and all you have to do is go to the counter and get it. Their claiming order is similar to that of Coffee Bean in Ayala.

I recommend their Grass Jelly with Fresh Milk for first timers. Haha. Their beverages have only two sizes: Regular and Large. Prices range and depending on the drinks and additionals you've ordered.

Another recommendation I can give is their French Fries. It's luscious. My friends and I never get enough of a second round. They have three flavors: Parmesan, Cheddar and Barbecue for only about Php65. I recommend Barbecue. Haha.

They also sell different kinds of food like Chicken Chops (Php75), Annatto Pilaf Rice(Php18) and Chicken Chops Sandwich (php95).
