Buffet 101 International Cuisine

We celebrated my mom's birthday (again, I want to greet you a happy, happy birthday, Mama Hen. I love you!) in Buffet 101 International Cuisine located in Garden Apartelle Road, Mandaue City. We had lunch, and you don't need to worry about parking since the parking area's so spacious. It was my brother's idea to celebrate mom's birthday here and noting that it would be Mark's and my first time to be here, we decided to give it a go.

When we got in, I have to emphasize that the place was huge! It was my first time to be in a buffet place/restaurant that big! The passageways were big enough to accommodate traffic, and the floor tiles had this friction, probably to prevent customers from tripping or slipping. I can tell that the owners, architects, and the engineers of this place had thought it through and through, thinking of the welfare of their customers. I give you guys a round of applause.

They serve different cuisines, from Western to Japanese. Honestly, since there were so much various foods, I had a hard time choosing on where to begin. So what I did was, I started from the right corner until I reached the end of the counter. Haha. They even had a dessert counter. It was such bliss. ♥ You wouldn't believe it. My first round was a plate full of pasta, and my final round was a plate full of desserts. Man, I was so full. My Buffet 101 experience was grand, and I want you to check them out too.

Happy Birthday, Ma! I am so grateful that I am your daughter. I thank God everyday for blessing me with such a beautiful and kind woman. I really, really love you.  ðŸ’• Another memorable year with you. Once, again, happy birthday and may you have many more birthdays to come! ðŸ’ªðŸ’™

  1. I'd probably get lost in the dessert section for a while . . . right after I stare at the cheese on the pizza and pasta! 😂
