BTS - Two Of Us

This would be my first BTS blog ever. Haha. I always wanted to be a photographer and yesterday was just a first. I had an amateur shoot with my friends and man, it was fun and exhausting at the same time. I know the saying, " The unplanned is the best plan" was applied yesterday. Thank the Almighty for that. ♥

It was cloudy. I had a few problems with my camera due to that. The exposure and the ISO was so out of hand that it took me a while to figure things out. Because of that, my first pictures were so overexposed that I only got white as a capture. I have to tweak again and again to adjust to the surroundings.

Even Gemms the Car was in the photo, YAAAAY. ♥ Who wouldn't forget Gemms? I love you to infinity and beyond.

I find it so funny that there was an equal number of girls and boys in the team. Haha. I am so weird. And as I am typing this now, I'm smiling. What the duck. o.o



The girls were choosing the first choice of wardrobe to match with the venue. We discussed how this color compliments with that color and so on and so forth.
And the make up artist has done her wonders on the model. ♥ Thanks Bits. xoxo

And well, the boys....



. . . had their moments of sacrifice. Hahahaha.

And thus, the shoot starts after a long moment of preparation for the girls. Haha. And Mac called this pose as the " Cat Woman" pose. -_- MEN.




Ray and I were the photographers of this shoot. I was thankful for he gave me tips and pointers of how to use the camera. And so did Mac. Thanks guys. xoxo

Since I was the one who organized this shoot, and with my so-called couple ideas, IT IS SO EXHAUSTING to be a creative director slash photographer. But hey, it's a first.  I also love how my friends would contribute their ideas. I am so happy I have you guys. ♥

After the first set, we decided to take a break ( and for the models to change to the next wardrobe) and buy drinks to quench our thirst.

And this would be the second set. ( And I still don't know why Mac takes pictures of me in the oddest ways. Haha )

{ Joeds Lutong Hapon }

Oh, and I'm back from the long hiatus. Since exams are over, I am stuck in the house with nothing to do. ;_; Here I am, in front of the computer drinking tea, and typing what comes into mind. The 'waiting' is excruciating even though it's just the beginning of it. Haha.

So how are you everyone? Finally experienced that summer feel that you've been longing for? No? Ooooh, that's not possible.

You should go out and enjoy the scorching heat once in a while. Haha. Just kidding.

Anyhoo, I am going to blog about Joeds Lutong Hapon. 

Joeds Lutong Hapon is a restaurant where they are known for their Japanese dishes and their affordable prices. Their dishes are exemplary and if you got the taste for Japan, you definitely have to try this one.

It's been such a while since I last reunited with Fubus. ♥ Seeing them amidst the busy schedule I was having was like getting a massage. LOL

The place was like any other restaus out there but it got a nice "homey" feel in it.

We availed of their Sushi Buffet for only PHP199. Amazing isn't it?

You get to pick out from a wide variety of makis and sushimakis. ♥ It was heaven so to say. I didn't get too embarrassed by going back to the buffet table again and again. Ssssh.

Sorry for the overexposed photo. I was using Johara's Canon 650D and I am all 【・ヘ・?】 over the settings. Haha.

The buffet is best matched with the Botomless Lemon Iced Tea for only PHP150. And again, their prices never fail to amaze me. Who wouldn't want an "eat-all-you-can" and "botomless" match up? d=(´▽｀)=b

Ooooh, and I forgot to mention that my brother is with us. It was his first time tasting some Japanese dishes and he was like " GLUUUUUURGH" about it. Sorry big bro. I just have to blog about it. Haha.

All in all, if you are craving for some Japanese dishes, I recommend this place for you. It got affordable prices and a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Enjoy the luscious food and chatting with your friends because that's definitely what we did.

Sorry for the "straight-forward" blog. I am lazy nowadays. Haha. Don't worry. My blogging skills will be up and at them. But since it's been such a long time, forgive me. ;_;

I want to do some outfit shots here and there once I get my hands on a Canon 60D. I guess you can say my savings are already halfway there. Haha. YAAAAAAAY. (☆^O^☆)

Labs' sister texted me secretly that I should stall time. She was preparing a surprise for her sister, and I was getting ready for my best skill yet. AND it is to BUY time. So just as we went out of the office, I blotted out " Let's go to Chatime." Haha. And Labs as dense as she is, said "yes". Let me repeat, BEST. SKILL. EVER. -----------------

And as we arrived at Labs' house, food welcomed us with open arms. ♥

Oh, and did I mention her sister's cupcakes are oh-so-delicious ♥

{ What time is it? }

IT'S ADVENTURE TIME!

Yey! Haha. Okay. So that escalated quickly. And yes, that is what we cosplayed. C:

So much for so much! Haha.

Actually, Fubu and I were having a super hard time on what to put on our skin ( as you can see, both Marceline and Marshal Lee have gray skin tone). Cebu doesn't at all sell Snazaroo body paints and they only sell face paints. (n hfhwafasfpjsa)

Anyhoo, we were looking for this.

But the only thing we found in the malls and any other places out there are face paints. Assorted face paints.

So all we did was to improvise.

We first started out with face paint ( I bought two packs of black and white) and started mixing and placing it on our arms. I had Fubu experimented. Haha.

All in all the outcome was kind of dirty (like sewers dirty eeww), so we improvised again. ( and of course we asked from the experts).

The experts told us to mix BB Cream and Grey eye shadow as an alternative. And that made me think " Where the hell am I going to get loads and loads of eyeshadow?"

We tried once again. Personally, I think it's quite time consuming and "eyeshadow-and-cream" consuming, so I recommend using it as a last resort.

Now what we actually did was to combine the two options. It somehow worked. We placed white face paint first on our skin, and then rubbed some grey eyeshadow. :DD

This is me before the dirty session started. And no, that is not my belly button down there. Haha.

And tadaaaaa~

It took us about 1-2 hours.

We arrived late at the event, putting our minds with the " No regrets" concept all over again and again. ( It's a long story).

After the event, we headed down to SM to finish some errands and then off to SongHits. ♥

No matter how grey and stressed I am, my friends will never leave me. :3
