So just a few Sundays ago, Cherry, Jas, Mac and I had a double date! We spent the whole day being sweet to each other and of course, with a little bit of goofing around too! Prior to that, Cherry and I planned away for our little Sunday getaway and decided to visit Cebu Zoo in Lahug. We've never been there before so everything was ooohs and aaahs for us ( especially when we saw the huge snakes! Yikes!) Mac and Jas would act brave during picture-taking and then act cowardly the next. As for Cherry and I, well, it's probably obvious that we screamed, shrieked, shouted for help countless of times when it was our turn to take photos with it.
Hah! My favorite part of the whole Cebu Zoo tour! The eagles were super friendly! I visited the eagles twice during the tour. I can't help it. Every time they would find a decent footing on your arms, you would feel so cool! SO SO COOL! In my case, I imagined myself as one of the Assassins! ( But somehow, I pity them though. ) :C
And this was the scariest part of the whole tour! I know snakes are scary enough but this crocodile has even surpassed that. While the tour guide was trying to convince us that it's not going to hurt us and it's safe to come down to its den and take photos with it ( or even ride on it!), Maryano ( the crocodile's name) hissed loudly. And the four of us were like ⊙_⊙. " Nope. Na-ah." But we did it anyway. The crocodile kept on hissing loudly and I was so scared. And as you can see from the photos, I was ready to fly.
So all in all, the Sundate was full of laughter and fun! Hoping for more double dates in the future! ♥ The zookeepers are so friendly! They even gave us an informative tour! I really recommend Cebu Zoo! ♥ Till next time guys! I have so many photos of the animals here but this blog post may not be enough! Haha! So if I were you, visit Cebu Zoo now!
