Here in the Philippines, the word "saya" has two meanings. The first meaning would be our traditional "skirt". The skirt that would start from your torso and extends to your ankles. It has the word "conservative" written all over it. This is what the Filipino women wore during the Spanish colonial times. It must have been hard. ( Imagine yourself walking in these in the humid heat).

Friendship Shots
After the collaboration that Kim and I had for our outfit shoot, we took a very slight turn from being prim and proper to goofing around and taking snapshots of our friendship. Mac was kind enough to take photos of me and my silly friends as we struggled to keep up what's left of our goofiness and also of our hunger!

Good Grace
Since June, my country has been experiencing non-stop rain ( Well, "non-stop" is too exaggerated but yeah, you get the point). And now, there is a chance that we are about to experience two typhoons in just a short period of time. So everyone's wearing their gear. Women have been all skirts, sandals and boots, and men have been all baggy pants, jackets and slippers ( Tropical climate everyone.Tropical climate.)

A SunDate
So just a few Sundays ago, Cherry, Jas, Mac and I had a double date! We spent the whole day being sweet to each other and of course, with a little bit of goofing around too! Prior to that, Cherry and I planned away for our little Sunday getaway and decided to visit Cebu Zoo in Lahug. We've never been there before so everything was ooohs and aaahs for us ( especially when we saw the huge snakes! Yikes!) Mac and Jas would act brave during picture-taking and then act cowardly the next. As for Cherry and I, well, it's probably obvious that we screamed, shrieked, shouted for help countless of times when it was our turn to take photos with it.

Late Bloom
So everything ends in a big BLOOM! Some countries have their Sakura trees or also known as the Cherry Blossoms that bloom beautifully during Spring. Japan is well-known for it. Tourists and locals would have picnics in the park just to see the pink petals flutter to the ground. Philippines doesn't have any Sakura trees ( since we have a tropical climate) but we do have our own Fire or Flame trees.

Happy Gaming: Assassin's Creed
I love killing people! And that's one enthusiastic way to start this post. As some of you know, I'd be willing to exchange my rest days for games. If you go over my archives, you'd see my love for Assassin's Creed and Ubisoft (Ubisoft, you never ever fail me). Discover some of Ubisoft's best-selling games like Assassin's Creed ( hamana hamana hamana), Just Dance and Ghost Recon here or you can check their list of games here.
